CURVEWOOD · EST. 1993
Good carpentry is the foundation of quality fire-door work.
MEET CURVEWOOD
Curvewood is a London-based carpentry and fire-door specialist led by Gurpal Singh. Combining more than 30 years of trade experience with specialist fire-door work, we bring a practical understanding of materials, accurate fitting and careful finishing to every agreed scope.
OUR APPROACH
Quality begins with preparation: understanding the brief, checking the opening, considering the complete assembly and taking the time to get the fit right. We give clear advice about what can be done, what information is needed and where a different approach may be appropriate.
THE DETAILS MATTER
The leaf, frame, seals and ironmongery need to work together. Careful carpentry and attention to the specified components make the difference.
01
A consistent fit, sound frame and clearances checked against the relevant doorset information.
02
Suitable hinges, fixings and intumescent protection where required by the specification.
03
Compatible closers, seals and latches checked together for reliable general operation.
