ENQUIRIES & WORK
When you contact us, we use the contact details, location, project description and photographs you choose to provide to respond, assess your requirements, prepare a quotation and arrange work. This is normally necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform an agreed contract, or for our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and keeping appropriate records. We may also keep information where required by law.
SHARING & RETENTION
Our website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver enquiries. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We do not sell enquiry information. We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work, relevant record-keeping duties or the resolution of a dispute, then delete it when no longer needed. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in descriptions or photographs.
YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable conditions, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
